Kim listened to what we wanted in a home. We did not think it would be possible to get everything we wanted, but Kim exceeded our expectations. She found us the perfect home, everything we were looking for and more. Any questions that we had Kim responded to promply and was the perfect guide to getting us into our home. She worked closly with veterans united to find out what was required by them to help get us to closing. The ratings only go to 10 but we think she went above and beyond that. Kim made us feel like we were the most important people in the world and kept us calm all the way to move in and even followed up after to see if we needed anything.
